Review of the Witte HotelDuring our recent stay at the Witte, we were pleasantly surprised by the blend of comfort and value it offered, particularly as a stopover between our skiing vacation in Austria and the ferry from Rotterdam to Hull. The large attic room provided a cozy retreat, equipped with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV featuring an excellent selection of channels, suitable for English language speakers. The hotel's dining options contributed significantly to its allure. The downstairs bar-restaurant served delightful meals with the added bonus of outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Breakfast featured warm bread and croissants, though the selection of yogurts, jams, and fruit juices could be enhanced to cater to a broader palette, which might be especially relevant for international guests like us. Parking was conveniently accessible, making our arrival straightforward. The staff's attentiveness added to our experience, providing assistance that reaffirmed the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. While not without its minor limitations, the Witte strikes a commendable balance between luxury and value, making it a suitable choice for those exploring the area.
